AGREEMENT OF TERMS

 

By placing an order with Ozlem Savelle you are agreeing to the below Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time.

SHIPPING

SHIPPING PROCESS

Artwork will be dispatched within 3-5 business days once artwork is paid in full.

Ozlem Savelle uses Pack and Send couriers. Once an item has been dispatched, you will be notified via email with your tracking information.

Please be mindful that you are responsible for tracking your own parcel, failure to collect your parcel from your local post outlet will result in your parcel being returned to us, upon which you will need to cover the costs of re-postage of your Parcel.

All parcels sent will come with a tracking number and will require a signature unless the receiver authorize to leave the item unattended. If Authority to leave is given all warranty cover will be voided thus the receiver will be subject to all liability.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please contact Ozlem Savelle Art for pricing on International Shipping.

You are responsible for any additional local customs and duties on your order. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. If an order is refused by your country by no fault of our own, you are responsible for all shipping expenses and any additional costs incurred.

You are responsible for tracking your own parcel, failure to collect your parcel from the designated outlet may result in your parcel being returned to us here in Australia upon which you will need to cover the costs of re-postage of your order.

DELIVERY TIMES

Australian delivery times vary depending on your location, artwork will be dispatched within 3-5 business days once total cost including delivery is paid in full and received.

As a suggested guide delivery will generally arrive in 1-3 business days for Sydney Metro Areas and 5-7 days For Country / Regional Sydney.

Ozlem Savelle Art does not guarantee any delivery times as sometimes things beyond our control occur, and the above delivery time frames are a suggestion only.

If your parcel has not been received within this time-frame please email us at [email protected] so we may investigate.

RETURN TO SENDER PARCELS

If a parcel is unable to be delivered to you due to an error where you are at fault E.G Incorrect details provided to us or failure to collect your parcel at your local depot, Michael Bond Art will not be liable for re-postage of your order. If you wish to have the parcel re-delivered you will need to cover the cost of re-delivery to your address. We do not offer cash refunds on any items purchased on ozlemsavelle.com.au and will only provide you with a credit note.

DAMAGED DELIVERIES

If an item is received damaged, this must be recorded (e.g. photos) before signing. The damaged item must be left as it arrived.

Any deliveries received damaged / faulty must be reported to us within 24hrs of receipt of your parcel this is due to a strict time frame within our courier service for any courier insurance claims to be lodged. Furthermore, this timeframe is stated in the insurance policies within our courier & suppliers T&C’s, meaning we have a short window period to report this on to them. Please send an image depicting the damage / fault with your name, order number and contact number through to [email protected] 

COMMISSION ORDERS

We require a 50% deposit for all commission artwork. This deposit is non-refundable. Once a deposit is paid and received. Work on artwork will commence. The balance is required in full before artwork is dispatched and delivered. Please see delivery terms for more information.

RETURN POLICY

No returns will be accepted once payment and or deposit is received.

All purchases are final as Ozlem Savelle Art does not offer exchange or return of product for change of mind so please shop carefully.

Damaged items must be reported within 24hrs from receipt of parcel (this is due to a strict time frame within our courier service for any courier insurance claims to be lodged).
